Ordering and Payment for Stamps on my Price lists: Email, write or call me when ordering anything from my listings. Payments thru Zelle are recommended. I accept Visa, Master Card and Discover thru PayPal. If I have your email address I will invoice you directly thru PayPal securely. Payment can then be made with your charge card. I also accept checks and money orders mailed directly to me. Those who are members of the APS or ASDA may receive their purchases on approval.
MY RETURN POLICY: In the unlikely event that an item is judged to be unsatisfactory, a 14 day return time is allowed provided the item is returned in the same condition as received. NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED FOR US POSTAGE lots sold at face or below. I do not issue credit slips, refunds will be credited to your charge card or by check.

SHIPPING: (1) Domestic: Combining purchases are encouraged. All Orders above $30.00 are mailed postpaid in a Kraft Stay Flat envelope, Insured and Tracked. Shipments under this amount are 1.15 cents plus 50c cents for each additional up to a maximum of $2.95. (2) International: Combing purchases are encouraged. There is a flat mailing fee of $1.95 on all purchases plus 50 Cents for each additional item. However, due to the size of the mailer, a signed Customs Declaration may be attached on any international mailing. I WILL WARN THE BUYER IN ADVANCE IF A CUSTOMS CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED. A one time mailing fee for such orders is $15.95. I am not responsible for any VAT or import fees. PAYPAL is recommended for international payments.
