I am a life member of the American Philatelic Society.  I have been a stamp collector since 1969.  My interest in stamp collecting began while stationed in Thailand.  I bought a vast number of used stamps for the kids who showed absolutely no interest in stamps.  Well, I wasn't going to let the one volume, $12.95, 1968 Scott Catalog go to waste so I began placing stamps in the album.  I was "hooked" and I've been collecting/dealing ever since.
